Have you ever felt like you tried to be in the conversation and try to act happy and cheerful but they completely ignored you?
Yeah. It hurts. So much.

When people give you the look or ignored you completely, tell yourself "Let's not give an f."

Because if you care so much about what other people think or speak of you, then you won't be happy. You'll be and feel miserable!

And you're going to get hurt if you care too much.

Just ignore them back and do you.

Go do something that you love. Small things like watching a movie, sleeping, eating, or even listening to music. Do any of the things that you love and you'll feel happy.

Sleeping always helped me.

Sure, it takes time. But you'll get used to it.
